Requirements
- Graduated from Diploma Tourism, Bachelor Degree majoring in travel & tourism from reputable academic / university
- With minimum 3 years experience in the tourism industry is a MUST.
- Ability to use Abacus reservation system
- Capable of serving request for Hotel Vouchers, Domestic & International Travel Packages and Travel Documents.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in oral and written English
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skill.
- Good team management with pleasant personality
- Dynamic, flexible, with the can-do attitude.
- Able to work under pressure; responsible and service-minded
