Branch Manager - Batam - PT Konstruksi Indo Machinery
Responsibilities
- Plan a strategic move branches, scheduling visits and sales targets for the achievement of sales targets to the maximum
- Monitor and evaluate the achievement of sales targets on an ongoing basis
- Coordinate with other branches and holding for the determination of the coordination area of sales and sales targets
- Monitor and evaluate markets and competitors to see the position of the branch with a similar market in the same area, analyze market needs to develop and propose strategies sale
- Perform other related duties in achieving the target of a branch
- Reviewing and ensuring readiness of sales order for the delivery of goods
- Monitor billing tasks collector and customer payment due
Requirements
- Male
- S1 Technical / Economic Management
- Max 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Technic / Economic Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3-4 years as a Branch Manager, preferable in competitor companies of heavy equipment
- Self motivated and eager to help other achieve their best
- Strong presentation skill and communication skill
- Good attitude, hard working, and team player
- Active English and MS Office familiarity are a must
- Can speak Mandarin is preferred
- Preferable domicile in Batam
- Will be placed in Batam
